The Afghan Christian Television can now be watched in Afghanistan.  AfghanTimes.com special report. July 11th 2006.

The Afghan Media (www.AfghanMedia.com) reported to us that the Afghan Christian Television "Voice of Christ" has started a 30 minutes broadcast into Afghanistan through Hot Bird Satellite on Mondays with a three time repeats on the same day.

Hussain Andaryas, the producer and host of this program said to Afghan Times; "This is a blessing for everyone in Afghanistan now to hear hear the gospel of Jesus Christ in the sweet language of Dari, surely it is the Lord's doing and we are amazed by it."

Mr. Andaryas said that; "There are over 700 tv channels in Afghanistan but none of them sharing the gospel in a local language. And Dari is spoken or understood by over %80 of the population of Afghanistan and I pray that this will reach millions in the future."
